PartneringStarter  is a software platform that aims to bring together potential partners of libraries, including NGOs, civil society representatives, central and local authorities and also business sector actors. A portal through which we can easily find each other, in order to implement joint programs, to create new projects and to share valuable knowledge regarding partnership area.
